To Log In to the Portal, Normally

  1. Go to the portal website by following the link provided in your notification email.
  2. Enter your email address and portal password.
  3. Optional: If you want to skip the log in page the next time you visit the portal, turn on Stay signed in.
  4. Click Log in.

    You are taken to the page for the transmittal contained in the original link.
