Using the Bentley Transmittal Portal

The Bentley Transmittal Portal is a website where external users can access transmittal packages.

When external users are added to a project, and when transmittals are issued to them, they receive an email notification. Clicking the link in the email redirects them to the portal where they can:

• log in
• view all of the transmittals they have received across all projects
• acknowledge that they received a particular transmittal
• download transmittal packages
• respond to transmittals (with attachments if appropriate)
• see which transmittal tasks they have completed and which are remaining

In the portal, transmittals are grouped by project, and the user only ever sees the transmittals that have been issued to them.
